Sunday 17 January:

We took advantage of a beautiful bright morning (it clouded over before lunchtime) to take our walk before streamed church. Only quite short due to Moira’s sciatica, but managed Dame Emily Park, Dean Lane and Kingston Road.
Persevered with streamed church (Dru, Amy, Laura and Richard), but do find it somewhat difficult (the songs seem a bit of a waste of time)… but Laura’s prayers were thought-provoking.
The rest of the morning revolved around Sunday newspaper, lunch and a ‘virtual’ visit to Mevagissey to sketch (after yesterday, I was determined to ‘get out’ – albeit only virtually!).
Lazy afternoon… finishing sketch and reading more ‘Snow Country’.
Moira sent a WhatsApp message to BABEs about Alice.
Evening telly: ‘Perfect Planet’ episode and ‘Pottery Throw Down’.
