Sunday 11 October:

Unusually on a Sunday, I went on a dawn walk on my own this morning (in reverse, so that the paper shop would be open as I exited the harbour!)... beautiful sunny morning.
Moira went to church at Saint Stephen’s, but I’ve taken a decision to give ‘live’ church a miss for the foreseeable future. I tuned into the streamed service just to hear the ‘Talk’ (Catherine+Liz).
Set up zoom chats with Alan and Barry; posted another ‘virtual’ Urban Sketching event (Columbia); and cancelled a possible meet-up with Charlotte+Alice due to likely rain.
Scribbled out the basis of a possible blog post… but now not sure whether I’ll post it or not!
Watched an old John Wayne film on the telly in the afternoon (Rio Bravo, 1959)… I know!
Read a bit more of my book.
Roast chicken supper… lovely.
Watched final round highlights of PGA championship golf from Wentworth, followed by the start of another series of ‘Inspector Montalbano’!
