Thursday 8 October:

A very wet morning but I still went ‘dawn walking’ to the harbourside… suitably dressed with full waterproofs. Actually, I really do love walking in the rain if I’ve got on the appropriate gear. Morning coffee with Moira (indoors!)… and she was feeling fine again, health-wise, which was obviously very good news.
Decided to do some ‘virtual’ sketching… ‘visited’ Tenby with the original intention of drawing some of its harbour-side buildings – but ended up sketching stalls advertising boat trips and mackerel fishing!
Went down to Hugo’s to stock up with some more fruit and veg (we get through the fruit SO quickly!).
Read some more of my ‘Frog’ book in the afternoon and later took a phonecall from Richard (updating me on his latest telephone conversation with Bob!) – I feel as if Richard and I are the intermediaries in all this and simply acting as messengers! Anyway, I put together a quick email summary and sent it off to the other members of the Re-Ordering Group.
Watched ‘Van Der Valk’ on evening telly.
