Lazy morning reading the paper, sketching our ‘cardboard’ nativity scene on the dining room mantelpiece!
Bacon sandwich for lunch.
Lots of decent films scheduled over the coming week (according to the Guardian’s telly guide)… watched the excellent ‘Brooklyn’ (again) after lunch.
Villa beat Wolves (away from home) with a last-minute penalty, but Bears lost in the cup.
Enjoyed another Bristol Old Vic theatre evening later (‘Swallows and Amazons’ – which we’d previously seen at the Old Vic)… another good evening (and very good value – except that there were no sub-titles).
