Sunday 13 December:

Moira didn’t feel up to a walk this morning (her hip has been quite painful recently and she was mindful that she needed to walk to North Street later to get her hair cut) and so I ventured out on my own. It was a full waterproofs day – rained for the entire walk (my usual harbourside circuit).
Had coffee over the Sunday paper.
Urban Sketchers ‘met up’ in Siena, Tuscany from 1pm (there were probably 10-12 of us)… good fun and some lovely sketches. An African location next time perhaps?
Watched ‘Whisky Galore’ 2016 film on catch-up in the afternoon.
A sort of roast supper (chicken – but we’d forgotten to include a roast joint on the recent Asda order!), including sprouts and roast potatoes!
Evening telly: ‘Dark Materials’ (the penultimate episode)...
