Friday 9 July:

Drafted an email to estate agent Nick first thing… chatted it through with Moira before sending off to solicitor Gail (she’d STILL not heard anything back from the Hewitts’ solicitors!). I’d indicated that, in the light of the continuing uncertainty on the EWS1-related stuff was concerned, either we needed answers to our fairly basic queries or else we felt a £10K reduction in price was justified.
Nick later came back (apologetic that he hadn’t chased his clients) and said he’d get back to us as soon as he’d heard back from them.
The Drawing Group was meeting up again for the first time since early March 2020(?)… an ad hoc arrangement to sketch in the cathedral/College Green. It was good to get together again… and I think 10 people attended(?).
Watched some of the Men’s semi-finals and read more of my book.
