I HAD intended to go and watch cricket at Bedminster CC but rain is forecast all afternoon (with the odd thunderstorm!)… and it was certainly raining when I first got up.
Thinking about Iris on her DoE hike today (the practice was last week)… waking up to rain and having to pack away a wet tent… and then have to carry it for the rest of the day (with everything else!).
Fetched the newspaper first thing... I HAD intended to go and watch Bedminster cricket, but rainy day, so that didn’t happen.

Watched various sport on telly (plus ‘Young Montalbano’)… Raducanu and Federer (tennis) and England 4-0 win over Ukraine.
