Something of a non-day, I’m afraid.
I went for dawn harbour walk (but only relatively short – Gaol Ferry Steps/Bathurst Basin).
I spent a little time composing a comment on facebook in response to the PM’s decision to abandon all the Covid rules on 19 July (ESPECIALLY face-masks on public transport). My ‘status’ received lots of very supportive comments. I also wrote to my MP on the subject and signed a petition.
We sent off emails to Gail – asking her to do what she can to push the other two firms of solicitors (we’re obviously keen to try to have a provisional move date so we can talk to removers) – and also to Laurence.
I finished my ‘Greek’ book (excellent, despite being far too long – 582 pages!)… and wrote up a brief review (35 books read so far this year).
Watched some tennis in the afternoon and also started another Catherine Fox book (based on her blog diary of 2020).
Watched some of the Italy v Spain footie in the evening.
