BP at the Society Café first thing… sitting outside and just about managing to avoid the drizzle (Robin, Dru, DaveM, DaveP, Nick, Ed and me).
Morning coffee inside later with Moira.
Tom has erected a new fence and so I fixed eye screws to it to secure our rather tangled apple tree.
Finished a scribbled Wimbledon sketch (ie. added colour!).
Went down Aldi car park (North Street) at the end of the morning to collect some ‘lateral flow’ kits.
Prepared for the bookgroup session.
Rosa came round after school for tea/supper (poor Iris was feeling pretty depressed – lots of her school friends are in isolation and so she’s feeling lonely/friendless - and preferred to be on her own). Moira walked Rosa home (R is currently feeling a little nervous about walking alone).
Storysmith bookgroup (to discuss ‘Big Sky’)… very good discussion, as usual.
Watched the England v Denmark footy… went to ET, England won 2-1 (not amazing, but…).
