First day of second national lockdown…Lockdown 2 very different to Lockdown 1… back in March, the roads were empty… today the roads were just as busy as usual.
Interesting dawn walking in pretty foggy conditions – Hotwells Wharf reasonably clear but beyond SS Great Britain was a completely different story, with visibility down to less than 100m. It made for some interesting photographs… The sun came out later in the morning and it was a lovely day.
The US presidential election still dominates everything… it looks as if Biden might end up winning but, he does, it’ll be a very close call (and it still might take a few more days before the final outcome is known).
Finished my rather simple Saltaire sketch during the course of the morning.
I spent most of the afternoon finishing my Bev Thomas (after a slow start, I ended up thinking it was excellent).
Evening telly: ‘Portrait Artist of the Year’.
