Wednesday 30 September:

No dawn walk today because of Bloke’s Prayer (all present apart from Ed and Robin).
Was originally due to meet up with Charlotte+Alice (outside) at Secret Café, but cancelled due to rain.
Went into town later to buy some new watercolour pens and to check some potential sketching locations for Saturday’s ‘Live’ Urban Sketching meet-up… somewhat ironic that this weekend’s ‘live’ get together was later cancelled because heavy rain is forecast (‘virtual’ meet-up still happening but the ‘live’ version postponed until the following Saturday.
Arranged to meet at Saint Stephen’s with Glenn Mower next week (she’s funding a potential art project at the church).
Spent a fair amount of time preparing a Re-Ordering Report to go into Community News (and also a note to Lee about my thoughts regarding the future of the re-ordering group).
Richard Tovey phoned me at lunchtime (he has a Ringer’s Court meeting tonight and thinks the re-ordering might prove controversial (one of the members thinks we used wrong consultant!).
Watched ‘Britain’s Biggest Dig’ and ‘Repair Shop’ later.
Image: Busy waters (from Sunday).
