Spent much of the morning trying to sort out the storage cupboard (opposite the front door) in the hallway. Some progress, but still not really dealt with effectively.
Emptied various recycling and rubbish boxes into the basement bins before lunch (very glad we have a lift!).
Moira and I went up Park Street after lunch to buy various things for Rosa (hopefully to help her through her tough Covid time). Came home and wrapped the various small packages ready for delivery (on Wednesday?). Picked up the Karine Polwart tickets for Wednesday’s concert (Iris is going to accompany me!) and also popped into the library.
Sat on the balcony sketching at the end of the afternoon… and four balloons passed overhead (lovely blue skies, little wind).
Evening zoom with Alan+David: good to 'get together' again… we nattered for more than 2 hours!
