Saturday 9 October:

I actually went for an early harbourside walk today! Weather was pretty good, so I made the best of it. Frustratingly, both local supermarkets still hadn’t received their newspaper deliveries by 8am.
I HAD hoped to have taken Rosa out to lunch tomorrow – but, poor thing, she sent me a text to say she’d tested positive for Covid and had to self-isolate for 10 days. I felt SO sorry for her… she seems to having a really tough time at present.
Moira and I had coffee together (before I went out again to buy fetch the newspaper).
H+F+U came round for lunch (Ursa had been at Old Vic Youth Theatre), and then H+F went to see some short film(s) at the Watershed (one of them by their friend)… while Ursa+M+I went to the library and sit on College Green eating ice creams!
Evening telly: watched ‘Florence Foster Jennings’ on Netflix.
